There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."
