"Very well. I was skeptical at first but Mr Miller put me at ease by sending his information and was very transparent. He said he would be at the location at a specific time, and was. Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

"Ronnie and his team did an excellent job of completing my projects. They installed a new metal roof and rebuilt a porch including demmolition and replacing the porch roof. He and his team were courteous and efficient completing all the requested work in one day. Ronnie completed my projects on time and below the originally quoted price. The quality of materials and workmanship were high. He arrived on time at the time promised and completed everything I asked plus a few extras at no additional charge. "I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."
