He came out to my house the day after I called for an estimate, was able to show me exactly what the problems were with my attic and why we were getting repeated mold in certain parts of our ceiling, and then had a very reasonable estimate to me within two days. They got to us within a month, but we had to post-pone due to illness in the house and then they were able to get us right back on the schedule when we were ready. I am proud to use a business that loves America. These people worked so hard, left NO mess behind, and were finished in a few hours. "I am a realtor who has a celebrity client that likes to purchase rental properties. He places a lot of trust in me, as well as the inspectors to find properties that are a good value for himself. We have used LunsPro twice in the past year, the first experience being good however our second time around has been an absolute nightmare. This condo is a two bedroom unit and the inspector assigned to this property missed major electrical issues in both bedrooms!! After paying an electrician an entire days worth of work to resolve these issues, of course my client is looking for recourse from the inspector. How could they miss these major issues in such a small unit is beyond us. After speaking with LunsPros director of inspectors, Britt Baker multiple times he says they are under no obligation to offer any sort of refund for this blatant and gross malpractice. They simply was their hands of any negligence. Good luck if you decide to use this company."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."
