The interior walls look wonderful and the trim and cornice boards were beautifully done as well. In addition, the place was left in immaculate condition. "This was our second project built by Backyard Construction. We had been so pleased with a 10x12' garden shed they built for us in 2012 that we had them build our art studio as well.  Once again, they did an outstanding job. We could not be more pleased with both buildings. We've used Backyard Construction because the quality of their buildings is excellent. After looking at dozens of other companies' offerings it was easy to see that Backyard used better materials and offered a higher level of workmanship yet was still very competitive pricewise. The studio is now one year old and the garden shed is two years old, and neither building has presented any problems whatsoever.
Construction began on time and was completed right on schedule. Their crew was courteous and extremely efficient. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our ideas and did an excellent job following up to make sure we were happy with everything. Working with Backyard Construction was a very positive experience for us each time, and we're more than happy to recommend them to others.

"I was not originally contacted by the provider as stated in the e-mail I received from Angies List, so I had to call them to schedule an appointment.  When I did call them, I was told that they never received my information from Angies List and that this had been happening to him quite often and other providers who were using Angies List that he spoke with.  Once I contacted him we had no issues with setting up a day and time.
The original time was set for 9:00 AM but he called and said he was delayed at another job due to an emergency and would be about an hour late.  He showed up within that hour and the job was completed with no problems.  The cleaning took less than a half hour and the carpet looked great.  They even picked up the couch in the living room and cleaned under it before putting back down on foam squares to protect the carpet from the couch metal legs.  They did a great job and were very friendly.
