He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "From the first contact to the last, Backyard Custom was professional. The whole experience was easy. Due to the recent snow storm, we had to delay the job for three days. I was involved in the construction industry my entire career and I can testify that this was one of the most efficient and well constructed projects I have seen. "Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime. 
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future

"I was not originally contacted by the provider as stated in the e-mail I received from Angies List, so I had to call them to schedule an appointment.  When I did call them, I was told that they never received my information from Angies List and that this had been happening to him quite often and other providers who were using Angies List that he spoke with.  Once I contacted him we had no issues with setting up a day and time.
The original time was set for 9:00 AM but he called and said he was delayed at another job due to an emergency and would be about an hour late.  He showed up within that hour and the job was completed with no problems.  The cleaning took less than a half hour and the carpet looked great.  They even picked up the couch in the living room and cleaned under it before putting back down on foam squares to protect the carpet from the couch metal legs.  They did a great job and were very friendly.
