"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

As she walked through, she stayed a few minutes in each room, telling me specific suggestions of what she would like to do for each room. She told me easy ways to make the home lighter and appealing to a large cross section of potential buyers. Connie was immediately inspired by my Victorian renovation, had great ideas for it, already had available a lot of what we would need, checked her thoughts with me, and was engaging and friendly. I knew we would work great together, so I cancelled my other interviews and hired Connie right then. Connie got my staging completed in our planned 2 week time frame. She stays in communication. She followed through on all requests from my realtor. She doesn't run up a big bill when she can find a bargain. I paid a deposit and some materials up front, and it sure worked for me that her actual fee gets paid at the closing when the property is sold.
