There were several spots that they didn't screw in the boards on the porch. The price more than doubled from the initial quote. I would've been happy to pay the final price had they not missed things. I even reached back out to them about the garage door they forgot to fix and he couldn't get anyone back out apparently. This was after I paid him the full amount owed. It was also kind of irritating that they used and dirtied up my swiffer and ladders to clean up their mess from removing the popcorn ceiling. I figured they would've had their own cleaning supplies for that or at least cleaned off my supplies when finished. I honestly am giving him as high of rating as I am because he did provide most of what I asked."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."
