First call: Person came to my home, measured for the door, about a week later got a call giving me the price. Price was fair I agreed to it had to pay a down payment before the glass was ordered, I paid the entire cost right then. Said it would take about 2 weeks for the door to come in and about a week and a half to get to me after that, I was ok with that. They called and set up the install about 3 weeks later, they picked the date and the time. I had to get off work to meet the guys, they showed up about 45 minutes late. When they walked in they did not have the correct stuff with them to do the job, had to go get it, another 1 hour delay. I went back to work before they finished. When In got home they had done a poor job of installation, they had scratched one of the tiles on my newly constructed shower, there was silicone sealant everywhere, on the tile, the glass, and the floor, they had not even swept up the shavings from the holes they had to drill. They had left paper and plastic in my yard. To top all this off the gap around the door that had to be filled with caulk was larger than it should be. I called the office, they promised to make it right. 3 weeks later they arrange to come back. I got off work to meet them, they showed up 45 minutes late again! They had brought another piece of glass, but the fit was worse than the first one. They did clean up the silicone that they had smeared everywhere, and made a small adjustment to the door to attempt to align it with the stationary glass better, it helped some. And here we are, I spent about a month building a tile shower, taking my time trying to get everything right, then hire a glass company recommended by a few of my friends only to have them screw up the door. After another call, and another piece of glass the gap on the sides was corrected to 1/16 of an inch as it should be, but now there is at least 3/4 of an inch bead of silicon to close the gap at the bottom. Certainly not what I would call custom work, I am done with them, already lost enough time from work to pay for another door. I could have bought a door of like design from Home Depot for less money and installed it myself, at this point I wish I had!
