We work very hard to be the best repair/ handyman company in Georgia. We have flexible billing plans and multiple payment options. We offer free estimates and coupons and deals on Facebook. We will work with you to accomplish your goals.

"Pro Gutter came out to do the work within one week of doing the estimate. They removed existing vinyl siding around a back door where water was coming in.They reflashed the upper wall and door and sealed it to prevent future leaks and replaced any rotten wood. The siding was then re-installed. They also cleaned the gutters, did a gutter tune-up (sealed joints, etc) and installed gutter leaf guards."

Chimney Caps questions, answered by experts

Your chimney needs a structurally sound chimney cap, protective lining, damper, chimney flashing, and brick and mortar to prevent water from goind down your chimney. A pro can help you identify where the issue is so that you can stop water from coming down the smoke shaft, through your damper, and into your home.

The materials that make up your roof will determine how long your roof will last. Typical three-tab shingles generally have a life span of about 20 years, while architectural shingles can last up to 30 years under proper maintenance. Metal roofing materials have longer expected life spans, starting at around 40 years. They can sometimes last up to 100. Slate roofs can last 150 years or longer with proper care.

A roof pitch that’s too shallow won’t shed runoff as quickly, so you have an increased risk of water intrusion through the seams between your roofing materials. In colder climates, snow and ice will accumulate more easily on your roof, which can add enough weight to cause roof collapse and structural damage to your home.

Asphalt shingle roofs are more likely to leak than metal roofs because they are more prone to uplift and damage from extreme weather, moss growth, and ice dams. Asphalt shingles also lose shingle grit over time, which decreases their waterproofing qualities. Metal is a more resilient material that will stand up better to strong winds and heavy precipitation, ultimately leading to a lower risk of leaking. As such, metal roofs add to home value with a higher ROI than asphalt roofs in most cases.

You can walk on a TPO roof, but you should only do so when necessary and wear footwear that’s less likely to puncture the surface. If you anticipate needing to frequently walk on your TPO roof, reinforce walkways to protect against punctures. TPO roofing can also be slippery, so in most cases, you’ll want to leave walking on it to the pros.
