"Terrible Quality and Non-Existent Warranty - AVOID! We spent over $10,000 painting our house and deck with this company, specifically choosing them for their promised warranty. What a mistake. Our deck started peeling just 8 months later. We were explicitly told it was guaranteed at the time of service, but when contacted, they claimed otherwise. Their "fix" was a quick spot paint that made it look worse. When we said something that said they would come paint the rest of it. Since then they've been stringing us along for three months now with promises to reschedule to paint the rest of the deck for uniformity. Now they don't even reply. On the house, the "UV resistant" paint (Sherwin Williams, supposedly 5-year fade resistant) on the sun-exposed side is faded in barely a year. The 3-year house paint warranty they tout is utterly non-existent in practice. It's clear they just subcontract the work, with zero accountability for quality or their own guarantees. We paid a premium for peace of mind and received nothing but headaches and broken promises. Save your money and find another painter – you'd get better results for a fraction of the price without the false warranty claims. Never again. The photos below show their patch work on the deck. It would only have taken a little longer to finish it. Another example is in my estimate. They quoted using Sherwin Williams Duration Flat which costs about $74 a gallon, but used just the SuperPaint around $47 per gallon. I know they did this because the painters left the remaining paint with me. Again caution when hiring this company!"

"All American Gutter Protection installed new gutters to warped rotted fascia and every time it rains, the gutter pulls away from the rotted wood and produces a huge waterfall between the fascia and gutter, as well as the outside of the gutter dumping tons of water onto our deck and foundation. We have contacted the company to correct the issue and they have given us the run around for almost 3 months. They have sent someone out who acknowledges all the issues with the poor quality work including poor alignment, however they provide excuses for not finishing the work or repairing the soffit or fascia area. Their company scheduled over a half a dozen appointments and never showed up or called to reschedule. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, and claimed that they escalated the issues we reported and never let you speak directly to someone who can guarantee the completion of the work without getting ghosted. If I contacted companies, they did not answer the phone and if you left a message they did not call back. If they did call back or they would schedule appointments and never show up or if they did show up you would never hear from them again. I have hired professional and qualified people; drug test and background checks have been performed on them to ensure clients safety. The technician comes out, accesses the work and pricing is given on site. If pricing is accepted, the technician will perform the work immediately. You do not pay for the work until the job has been completed to your satisfaction.

After not showing up for the service in the last 10 days, the merchant has sent 15 invoices via email for $75 each from intuit and pay anywhere. They would not honor the request and not stop sending the emails and invoices. There are multiple complaints about the same $75 junk fee on the Better Business Bureau. As a consumer, I had no prior dealings with merchant had no signed agreements, nor contract before all this behavior started."
