It went very well. Mr. Zanders was very professional yet kind and compassionate, going above and beyond in even helping me with issues unrelated to the project at hand. The end result left my bathroom looking great! I am well pleased and won't hesitate to call on him for any future projects or to recommend his services to others.
Description of Work: Removed & Replaced bathroom sub-floor. Removed ceramic tile and replaced it with vinyl sheet good.

I had a great experience working with Mr. Stacey. He provided a great deal of insight on mold remediation, he repaired the drywall in my HVAC unit as well as the walls in my living room. He served as a point of contact for communications with my insurance adjuster and was very flexible with his scheduling and provided great work. I would recommend mold water and fire restoration pros for their restoration services
Description of Work: He completely reinstalled the drywall in my HVAC room to remove the mold and also repaired the walls in my living room. He also used a fogging system to remove all mold particles.

Let me fill you in on what I have been working on. That is for you. 1. Waiting to get a time so Scottie can come back and finish painting the back of the cabinet wall. But his last report was that you told him not to paint because I was supposed to give you a backslash, which I never promised nor did insurance pay for. So he is busy with other jobs. He stated that you were running me down. 2. The appliances I wanted to sit in the kitchen so Scottie could hook up the stove and refrigerator, but you wanted them in the garage. That's why he did not hook them up. You also had to pay him directly to do this. That was not my responsibility to your claim. That was me being a good Samaritan to you. 3. Was looking as I told you for a second-hand appliance company to come get your old appliances from your home. You have been very impatient through this process. And you fail to realize that out of the kindness of my heart, I went above and beyond for you. Even was going to come back and fog and test again for your concerns at no additional cost. Your insurance company didn't pay for any of these extra things that I helped with and paid for you. You have been discourteous towards me, my workers. I do not appreciate that unjust review that you left. Let me also add that I paid that cabinet company to handcraft the trim on your cabinets, custom make your box cabinet, and put new formica tops on the other to. Your insurance company would not do that for you. And I paid out of pocket the electrician to rewire that dishwasher and kill a live wire that could have set your home on fire. There is no appreciation for none of the extras. The thanks I received was a nasty review.
