"When the move-in-date for my mom’s assisted living was unexpectedly moved up, Eric kindly worked us into his schedule with little notice and on our preferred move date. This was a long distance move where my mom’s things were at a family member’s house and taken to the assisted living 3 hours away. Everything arrived perfectly intact.
