V was very professional and respectful. It not always easy hiring someone to come to your home and do work. His professionalism and respect to me and my family was right on. Hard to find that sometimes. Meaning you dont mind that this person is around your home, your personal space. He did the job that I asked him to do. He pointed out other problem areas that I was not aware of and took care of it. Great! I like supporting businesses in my community and Vex is another great example of why we should support our community businesses. The professional courtesy and great work, speaks volumes. Vex took care of my multiple wasp nest and I thank them for it. I would recommend them to you and I would hire them again if another situation arises.

I highly recommend this company and the owner V. When he came to give a free estimate, he sprayed the site of the swarming termites free of charge to stop termites from eating away my walls even though he wasn't sure he was going to get the job. I am happy that I hired him. He took his time and did a very thorough job. He is very knowledgeable and very courteous. I have already recommended him to another friend of mine with termite problem and he will treat that house as well. Excellent service!

I had a minor melt down when I found two baby roaches in our home. After searching on HomeAdvisor, V called me directly that very same day. He asked me to send him a picture of the roach I had caught on a glue board so he could identify the problem. I did and he called me back at 6:30 that evening just to talk me through the diagnosis and my options. He came out the very next day to treat our home. I appreciate so much him taking the time to assuage my fears and address the situation. Highly recommend!

Customer service was great on the phone with the rep and when the designated guy on the job came by. He came by and sprayed all areas outside our home and deck. We have a baby on the way and he made sure we knew of the most reliable ant traps we could get.
