"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"Just want to praise a driveway contractor others might benefit from. Upon recommendation from a trusted friend, we hired Sudlow Concrete for our driveway project. I was impressed with their professional process from A to Z. Our project included a fancy herringbone brick apron, plus herringbone striping. Both their concrete and masonry teams are skilled craftsman – artists really – and it was fun watching the project unfold – the demo, the pour, the precision timing of dumpster arrival (3 in fact), of cement mixer arrival (also 3), the smoothing, bordering, and the meticulous brick cutting and placement – each one straight as an arrow. My wife and I are extremely pleased with final product – we’re told it will last for decades. We highly recommend the Sudlow Concrete team. Owners are Bill Sudlow and Aaron Marcinowski. "Graydon made me confident in the outcome. I had asked questions about concrete, rebar, enhancements for the concrete etc. The day of the pour things changed. He told me about the rebar they were going to install and the additives in the concrete. I will not say they didn't install rebar, but I didn't see it. I then asked the vendor delivering the concrete about the additives and they confirmed there was none added to this order. I needed a 22 foot area for a swim spa hot tub and was assured no problem. As the morning went on they had problems, wanted to dig up my backyard for filler to fix the issue. I declined. I understand issues and agreed to a higher price for a second delivery of concrete to make up. I reiterated the area I needed. Due to limited characters I sum up that I regret fully for hiring Leading Edge. Employees drunk, didn't do as asked and never finished. Worker stole Graydons jacket and mocked him. Never finished the project. Left me to remove pouring molds. DO NOT USE"

"Francisco Gomez started the job until day #2, He stated that he can't grade the three sided out of the four sided property because he does not have the heavy equipment (dozer) to do the slopes. He only has the small machine to finish up the driveway. He should have told me that from the beginning so that I would not have hired him. I already gave him $3,600 & he only gave me back $300. I would like an additional refund of $ 1,000. He only did partial grading for driveway & move the mulch in the back part of the property. There was no gravel or cement installed."

Our new porch and deck look fantastic and the quality of construction is superb. We did have a couple of hiccups along the way with communication, but this was rectified quickly and fully to our satisfaction. We are considering Hardrock for another project in 2025."
