They are very responsive and really care about our dog. They don't recommend that you do anything that does not need to happen. They make sure they remind us about immunizations and things like that. They are just good people. Dr. Fran is the owner and he is pretty wonderful. The other vets that work there are as well. I think their pricing is reasonable.

The staff at Hollyberry were wonderful to work with. They took care to ensure my new puppy, Sam, wasn't frightened or overwhelmed by the experience. Dr. Andy Bailey got down on the floor with Sam to keep him from being up on the scary table. His first bath and nail trim were a great success, which will make bathing him in the future much easier. I will be using Hollyberry going forward and highly recommend them.

This is the worst vet I have ever dealt with! My cat was throwing up A LOT and had diarrhea as well. Dr. Fran Nicholson never took his case seriously. I would even argue that she is INCOMPETENT! There were several instances where she and her staff dropped the ball with his case. She made guesses like shaving him to cut down his fur. At one time I was yelling at the staff, because he had the vomiting and diarrhea for several months, because I felt his case was not taken seriously.
It turns out he had hepatic lipidosis concurrent with pancreatitis. He was put to sleep and to this day I regret that decision and taking him to her. Furthermore, her quote for his final bill was much higher than she told us! She gave an estimate of $250-300 if he had to be put to sleep, then socked me with a charge of over $600. I felt she took advantage of my misery as well.
Later that year, in the fall, we took our dog to Dr. Fran after it appeared she hurt her leg exiting our SUV. We took her back to Dr. Fran a few times for a solution to her leg. This went on for several months into the following year. She was limping and was most likely in pain. Finally, Dr. Fran suggested we see a vet specialist. Almost immediately the specialist diagnosed her to have osteosarcoma, bone cancer. We talked to Dr. Fran about when we would need to euthanize her and Fran said to call her anytime and she would come in to to her office to do it, or even come to our home. We called on a Sat night at ~ 11:30 and she stated she could not come in. We ended up having to look for a 24 hour care vet facility several miles from home just to relieve her pain and put her to sleep. She was put to sleep 2 weeks after her diagnosis of osteosarcoma.
At this point, we have one surviving pet that she has treated in the past. She did perform a front declaw on this cat, however it seems there may have been a problem with this as well!! He has a stub of tissue on one of his and quot;handsand quot; that seems to irritate him because he shakes his hand as if to relieve some pressure, etc. While I have discussed this with Dr. Fran in the past I am not willing to knock him out just for this. Furthermore, I have no confidence in Dr. Fran's abilities to properly treat this issue surgically!!!
Dr. Fran just tells you what you want to hear, but when the time comes when she is needed she cannot be bothered. and quot;Doctorand quot; Fran should not be practicing as she has no sincere interest in the well-being of her patients. She looks for the easy treatment instead of what may be correct. I will forever think back on my beloved cat of 12 years and think of how she screwed up his case and neglected to properly care for him. My wife misses the dog she had before she met me to this day and feels and quot;Doctorand quot; Fran did not do what she should have as well.

Dr Fran. Has been working to save the eye of my senior dog.. She had an Infection in both eyes, but one had a corneal ulcer . She was on 5 different eye drops and at one point sent me to an eye specialist. The eye had to be removed. Dr Fran is extremely compassionate and professional. In fact, I have known Dr Fran to spend a night at the clinic with a very sick animal that needed monitoring and I have known her to take an animal home for overnight treatment or has come in after hours to check on a sick animal. She has made herself available after hours for phone calls when needed for very sick animals. She even doctors farm animals, birds, and wild animals such as squirrels, snakes, deer, racoons, etc to be released when well. Ihave been a client for 12 years and I will not be going to any other Vet ever.

Dr. Nicholson is an outstanding veterinarian. She goes above and beyond the normal duty of any veterinarian. She helped take care of our old, sick dog. She is available after hours, and she is just really good.

Hollyberry is very professional and it is clear they care about our pets. The vet is knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions when we got our new puppy. I will continue to use them for our veterinary services.

When I first took her there, I was pleased with how reasonable the price was. I like the veterinarian and I like the assistants. We have been able to get in on short notice and I was pleased with that. Especially if the dog is hurt or injured, they are very punctual. I like that we see the same vet every time because we used to go to a bigger place where it was always someone different.

Dr. Fran spent a great deal of time with us. She listened to all our concerns and carefully explained the risks and merits of each of the different treatments we had heard about word of mouth. She didn't propose a lot of tests like some vets seem to like to do. Health care is very expensive whether it is for humans or for animals. Dr. Fran is very reasonable and performs only what she feels is necessary for the health of the animal. She has much experience as a diagnostician with many years experience in an animal hospital emergency clinic. She is a great troubleshooter. She doesn't push the ''special'' pet foods and will say when the store-bought brands are just as good for a particular animal. If she were a people MD, she would be my physician.
