Slow and needed to redo work multiple times. Took more than 3 times the estimated time frame. Work was completed and done well. Just disappointed in time frame.

Garrett was very friendly and accommodating, however, the individual that he hired to do the Sheetrock work was anything but professional. I do not think he had ever done drywall before. He did not have the proper tools and the final product looked horrible. I had to hire someone else to redo it after he was finished.

Excellent work by the employee, no issue with the representative that initially took on the job before subcontracting it out. The only issue the cost for both Pronto and the subcontractor is really excessive for what was completed.

I hired this company to repair couple of paint repairs. They did good job, the painter was very capable, knowledgable and flexible to get the job done. He was very professional and responsive. The customer service from Pronto was really good. I highly recommend them.

I had grab bars installed in my shower. Zack came by 2 days later, told me what parts to order and gave me an estimate. The parts arrived 2 days later and Zack was back in 2 days for the installation. Excellent job and thorough cleanup.

Doors Repair
Front door repair was assessed within a day or so and then scheduled within a few days as well. The work was completed as expected and will certainly use Pronto again for other repairs around the house.

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
Whom ever they get the products from is the cheapest out there. The Guys they sent over were Nice but one guys was set in his ways about how to do things and would not listen to the younger and more Up to date newer guy. The door they installed leaks (Still 7 months later), is not square so does not shut right and is just wrongly installed and poor product. We'll have to get another new on installed not even a year later. Waste of money
