"I currently reside in Pooler, Georgia. Mr. Bowers and his workers are professional and prompt. He arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time to install an irrigation system for my garden. They did a fantastic job. The system was installed in one day. It comes on and off automatically and I don't have to manually wet the garden every day. I am extremely pleased with the install."

"Not very happy with the customer service aspect, I would rate them 1 star. I had to reschedule my appointment due to my 8 year old autism daughter having COVID and RSV, whoever I spoke to decided upon themselves to cancel out my contact, make me redo another estimate and charged me more money, all because I had to reschedule due to a extremely sick child. How low can you be to do that to customers who have special needs child/children and need to reschedule and charge me more. No one ever reached out to discuss what happened, like they don't even care what they do and then tell me they have to charge me extra. I'm in a year contract that I paid for so I will use up my year, as for staying with them highly undoubted due to what they did to me. If they took the time to reach out to me since I did try to complain several times and have been ignored. The technician Carlos is the one who deserves the 5 starrs. He was awesome, listen and responded great to all my concerns, took time to explain or answer any questions. I highly recommend Carlos!"
