All About Lawns Savannah

Good. Comes when they say they will, weather permitting.

I hired All About Lawns when my regular lawn care people could not control an insect problem on my St. Augustine lawn. Ted came over and spent considerable time talking to me about my lawn and spraying the infected areas. I was impressed enough so that I decided I would have All About Lawns do all my periodic fertilizer, insects and weed spraying. I even gave their contact info to my regular lawn guys. Ted said he would come back in two weeks to see how things were going and to spray the area once more. Obviously I was anxious to talk to him when he returned in order to get his opinion about how the lawn had reacted to the first spraying and whether we needed to take more drastic steps. Ted indeed returned in two weeks to spray the area again. Unfortunately, while in fact we were home at the time, we didn’t see Ted spraying and he didn’t let us know he was here. I called the next day, got a voice mail message, and left a message of my own where I said I was “disappointed”, indeed “annoyed”, that Ted hadn’t told us he was here. I fully expected that Ted would at least call me and discuss the lawn condition with me. Ted’s wife did in fact call back the same day and relayed the following two points: (1) if Ted had to talk to each of his customers when he came to spray, he wouldn’t have any time to do his work, and (2) because I had used the words “annoyed” and “disappointed” in my message, Ted decided to “drop” me as a customer. P.S.: I asked Ted’s wife to replay the message for me so I could make sure I hadn’t raised my voice or spoken in anger. I had not.

Ted and his crew are great and take care of all my needs without even having to ask. We are in process to moving to Isle of Hope and have already asked Ted to go to new home and start to get it ready. Would not change even if free.

Great people and excellent service, care and feedack. Excellent advise and quick reaction to those rare but immediate issues concerning lawn care. 

I did not have a written contract with this service provider, would strongly recommend anyone considering using them get one. As problems can arise when all you have is a verbal understanding. Due to Angie's List policies and considering they helped resolve a problem with this service provider, I have to rate them with an A or B rating. Otherwise I would give my honest feelings concerning their service and business.

The service was average. The customer service was nice. The spray applications were average. I had to go over the lawn with some of my own weed poison. There were still weeds left on the lawn. I’m not sure if I will use their services again. I have my reservations about the company.

They were recommended by a friend of mine.  They are just real dependable.  They showed up on time and they did what they were supposed to do.  They core and aerate the yard.  They do fungicide, pesticide and weed control.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
