"The team was amazing from start to finish. They came over, assessed the old space, and offered great ideas on what could be done. I really appreciated how receptive they were to our suggestions and how they worked with us to bring those ideas to life.They did a fantastic job installing new side panels and building a custom wine rack that fit the space perfectly. You truly can’t even tell the difference from the rest of the kitchen , it all blends in seamlessly. What stood out the most was their constant communication and honesty throughout the process. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to some of the other outrageous estimates we received. Despite it being a small project, they treated it with professionalism and care. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The new look is exactly what we envisioned, and it was such a pleasure working with a team that was so easygoing and skilled. Thank you for turning our vision into reality."

"Terrible! Got caught in the middle of the owner and the project Mgr who quit midway and with most of our deposit. Work began Oct. 2020 and promised completion before Thanksgiving. By the end of Nov. work stopped and was never completed. Owner tried to accommodate a few outstanding items but claimed to have no money to complete because the project manager had 90% of the deposit. We, unfortunately, paid a 50% deposit of which about 1/4 was used. To top it off, inspection uncovered work not to code which we had to pay out of pocket to correct (all the electrical had to be redone and replaced - very expensive error). We ended up reporting them to the State’s Attorney Office which did pursue an investigation. It was an expensive misfortune. The owner would not file suit against the project manager who retained our funds and never completed the work. We signed a contract with them under 1 company name and within 2 months the owner changed the name. Red flags everywhere but went against reason because they were recommended by a family member. Despite any good reviews here, I warn anyone in hiring any company associated with the owner (Amelick Njie) and former project manager and crew (Joseph and Angel Espinosa). It is too much to tell here, but it was the worse experience we’ve ever had. How it’s pictured is how it was left. There’s also a ceiling fan they installed on the front porch that fell out the ceiling. The crew broke personal decor items on the porch that were never paid for in addition to installing a screen door incorrectly that had to be redone. A lot of incompetence in addition to fraudulent practices added to our financial losses and we’re still recovering financially, mentally, and emotionally. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!"

"Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."
