"Had driveway replaced along with small sidewalk to steps. Crew arrived on time and crew was professional, efficient and considerate. A lot of things were happening on our street the day of work, including trash day along with other deliveries to other homes. Crews worked with all others to get around dumpsters and crew trucks for everyone's safety and service completions. Crew completed the work and I couldn't be happier with the work. I got 5 quotes before selecting Sudlow. Aaron came out to review the work I needed and provided the quote which did not change plus they were the lowest of the 5 quotes I received. Scheduling was very timely and they worked with me on dates I preferred. I would highly recommend them if you need concrete work."

"I gave the Driveway Co. (DWC) 1 star because they did pour the driveway turnaround. However THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP THEIR MESS AFTERWARDS!!!! The portable cement turner left horrid marks in my driveway - they vowed to come back and pressure wash it but never did! The worst thing is ARGO who they sub-contracted the cement from accidentally poured a 4 X 4 foot round of cement right on the ground missing the cement turner! The DWC said they would follow up and get ARGO to clean it up. I've been trying with texts an emails since 11/22 and they just ignore me! I sent Andrew a couple of emails directly with no reply! I RESENT the DWC leaving me with promises that they obviously had no intention of following up on. I gave them plenty of time to do the cleanup. I tried reaching out to the DWC for 5 months now to no end!!! If I'm made to clean the cement up myself by the county, I will sue the DWC for reimbursement! I do have the evidence. It's not right and it's not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This is the team of husband wife chiselers doing this with people. He got from me for 5 gs and never showed up after he started to put some cheap stuff on my parking lot. Wife takes call and husband takes money and once they get you money, there gone for good .did the same exact thing to me as done to person in the previous post. A & j’s seal coating (his company is fake)doesn’t exist. Not a active LLC in Georgia that is the reason he don’t mind taking cheque from you but one problem may be you have not notice,he will cash it at his cousin cash checking place and won’t deposit in the bank because there is no bank account to trace. It is very well planned operation. Please do not do any business with this chiselers. Do yourself a favour pay $200 more and save yourself thousands.. "Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."
