"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I particularly mentioned a smell in the house that I thought might be attributed to a plug- in and if they found it, could they remove, a sticky counter (which they promised they could clean), some scuffed walls (same) and dirty refrigerator. The stench was still there(my husband found the plug in-easily found… the stench soon diffused once removed) the sticky counter(no change), scuffed wall, no change, and the floor of the refrigerator is filthy and iced over. Worse yet, as I sat on the stairs, I saw a small aqua lego and what looked like a piece of cereal. When I picked it up, it was a peanut and, being highly allergic, I went into an anaphylactic event. This is not what I expected from “all we leave behind are results…” Cannot recommend."
