Home Repair & Maintenance. Free Estimates. Most work can be bid with a price and a proposal. Almost all work is done by me. If I have a helper or subcontractor, I am always present to get them started until the customer is comfortable with them. I only use helpers or subs I use in my home. I do not ask for money until a substantial amount of work is completed, or if there is a high material cost, until the material has been delivered.

"He is excellent and cleans up after he is done. He comes when he says he will come and is very fair with what he charges. I never felt like I had been ripped off. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to use him."
