We are a father and son team of flooring specialists, we have over 10 years experience working in the metro Atlanta area doing all kinds of floor installations. We have subcontracted for various companies in Georgia. "This father and son duo are not good business men. They completed a portion of our master bathroom, then broke our shower glass. We gave them mercy and plenty of time to complete the project. Weeks passed, they continued to dodge calls and text messages. When they decided to return we were frustrated at their lack of professionalism and began to ask questions. This angered the dad who then left and did not return to complete the job. We've had several contractors come out and stated that the job was complicated and this was definitely the reason Victor and Ricardo did not return to complete the job. They left holes in the new tile which we had to pay another contractor to come out and replace. Such a horrible experience this has been with these two. We finally asked for a refund for what we already paid them with no response to this day."
