Boomerang Multiservices

This father and son duo are not good business men. They completed a portion of our master bathroom, then broke our shower glass. We gave them mercy and plenty of time to complete the project. Weeks passed, they continued to dodge calls and text messages. When they decided to return we were frustrated at their lack of professionalism and began to ask questions. This angered the dad who then left and did not return to complete the job. We've had several contractors come out and stated that the job was complicated and this was definitely the reason Victor and Ricardo did not return to complete the job. They left holes in the new tile which we had to pay another contractor to come out and replace. Such a horrible experience this has been with these two. We finally asked for a refund for what we already paid them with no response to this day.

We paid Ricardo and his son to install natural wood floors in the hallway and stairs. One of the stair treads was not finished properly, has a deep hole, and does not match the others. The ballasters for the stairs were chipped and are loose within the hand-rail. There are scuff mark on the floor where one of his men walked on the stain before it was dry. We paid for this work in full up front (over $4.2k) and Ricardo kept promising he would come back to do the work (since Dec '20), but he always made excuses and never came back as promised. Will never pay for a job in full until satisfied again!

They were good and good to what they did. Price was decent, affordable, and work was pretty clean.
