"John Prater and team (Joe & Joseph) just completed pressure washing our roof, two-story house with walk-out basement, decks and porches, and two-car carport. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Prater’s without hesitation; the house looks fantastic and our roof looks new! Additionally the communication from John was great- very unusual in our rural community. John called me in a timely fashion to come out and give an estimate and he arrived on time. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. "From the first contact to the last, Backyard Custom was professional. The whole experience was easy. Due to the recent snow storm, we had to delay the job for three days. I was involved in the construction industry my entire career and I can testify that this was one of the most efficient and well constructed projects I have seen. The showed up at 8am and left just under 8 hours later. Job done!! Quality!!! I can imagine the surprise of many of my neighbors who drove by my house in the morning with an empty spot in my back yard to find driving home a large 16' X 24" Shed. "I purchased a big deal for interior design work.  I submitted photos of room, measurements, and information about the room.  They then requested a drawing on graph paper of the room with "detailed dimensions", and the process just became too difficult.  I would not recommend having interior design work done by someone who cannot come into the home and see the space.  This may work for some people but just did not work for us.  I requested and received a refund for purchase.
