"OK. The price was in the middle of the quotes that I received, which were all over the place from $8k to $20k. They didn't try to push unnecessary or complicated solutions on me and went with the basic install that I wanted. The system seems to be working fine six months later. Weather caused the crew to get behind schedule and they were rushing things a bit toward the end. A few details like sealing around the floor to duct connections and putting the insulation back around the openings for the duct work weren't finished up quite the way I expected but, that's not a big deal. Overall I am satisfied. I would use them again."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."

"Victor and another associate came out to clean my A/C ducts and santize
the system. He came out on time and started working right away. Removed
all vents and clean and santized the covers. Brushed each one out and
vacuumed each vent. Sprayed cleaning solution in the system and the
smell is very nice. He also changed my filter for me. He asked if I wanted my dryer vent cleaned and he
offered me a deal to have that cleaned as well.  Victor was very
professional and efficient.
