We called around and requested quotes from several roofing companies. Of the lot, Coldstream was the only one who showed up, on-time and provided a complete walkthrough of the process. Their value for service and materials, as well as the rapid completion of the roof replacement (even with county inspection timing issues) cannot be overstated. A single day's installation and we were set! From signing the contract to completion, it only took a week! With materials availability, and labor shortages, seems close to a miracle. Jared, our point of contact and project coordinator, was very knowledgeable and responsive. All communications were quickly replied to and dealt with. We could be happier with the results or the experience!

They were extremely helpful and my project manager, Mike, was communicative and walked me through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof.

The first time I saw Juan, I thought Oh My! I am dealing with a young kid. So, as a joke I asked him for his ID and he introduced himself as Juan. Well, Juan is a knowledgeable young man who did a very professional job with his crew. They protected the surrounding areas of the house and left the place clean before they left. Highly recommend Juan and Coldstream Exteriors in Tampa!

"Just so we are clear on this review, the roof was finished and you have no issues with that. The 1-star review is because a gutter hanger was apparently not put back in place. I am working to get someone out there to correct that. No complaints with the roof we actually installed to my knowledge. We did not install new gutters, we reinstalled your old gutters and you don't like the way one of them is sitting. We will get it fixed, but I don't feel that deserves a 1-star review. "Never finished the job" meaning the gutter. Again, the roof was finished as promised."

Brad at cold stream exteriors is very professional and honest and hard working. He was there from the very beginning of the project to the end of the project as my project manager and kept me informed and stayed right on top of the project until it was finished. He delivered the goods and the service right on time. Kudos and thumbs up to Brad and his team. It is a big yes on recommending Brad and Colestream.

My only criticism would be communication. The first project manager quit 2 days after quoting me, and I was not informed. After the new project manager was assigned, I usually had to initiate communication as opposed to being kept up to date with everything that was going on. This was only an issue because I do not live at the property where the work was being completed, and therefore was unable to see the process. Overall, the final product was great and they have been prompt on touching up any issues I have found so far.

Coldstream installed a black metal aluminum roof on my home. The end result looks great! They were responsive to all my requests and left my exterior clean and hauled away all refuse. Highly recommended.

Coldstream Exteriors Tampa did a great job on both the roof and an exterior wall replacement. They completed the project on time and within the quoted price. I was always kept up to date via text message and calls. Payment was not required until the job was completed.

It hasnâ t rained yet, so I canâ t really say whether they fixed the roof leaks, but the new roof looks great. The crew was efficient, courteous, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. So far, Iâ m pleased.
