She took one square inch at a time and since it was so bad she took an extra day on it and finished by hand. Seeing how methodical she is impressed me so. "He solved an old problem with the gutters and restored the tile terrace damaged by a falling tree. He replaced brick on old steps and matched the original perfectly. He was concerned and prompt when weather permitted. He was able to discuss the issues in a professional manner and offer suggestions that solved the problems.
