Work involved repairing water-damaged exterior synthetic stucco ceiling and conventional stucco trim. Contractor and I agreed that Kilz would be used on some ceiling and trim stains. Even after contractor returned to apply an additional coat of paint, Kilz-primed areas are still very obvious....
