"Kent was wonderful to work with. He is a very patient and kind man. He worked to keep the project within my small budget. I have a beautiful finished product. I love my enclosed patio. Thank you, Kent!"

"Everything was fine with them. The product was good as well as the service. They were punctual, friendly, and easy to deal with."

"The company immediately came out and measured. They provided me with samples and the estimate. I decided on the material and before I knew it, it was installed perfectly."

"Mike and his team did an awesome job! We had hired Mike last year to install a SunSetter awning; we were happy with his work and asked him to quote our deck repair. Our deck floor was dropping due to an inadequate support system. Mike accurately estimated what had to be done and did a superb job of providing proper supports including posts where needed and additional cantilevers as well as replacing the entire deck flooring. They started on time and finished before expected. We appreciated the fact that Mike took a personal interest in the project and treated the job as if he was doing it at his own home. Mike and his team are hardworking, experienced and professional and we would definitely hire them again."

"Very professional. No complaints. Can't afford it at this time. Thanks!"

"I am very happy with his work. The back patio he installed for me makes my yard look larger. It makes my place look like something out of a magazine. He responded quickly to my request and was very helpful"

"This is my 2nd time using Donnie. Does a great job, even if something isnt exactly what I wanted, does what is needed to correct, so that its what I am looking for. Had a piece of siding replaced on the side of my house, did a good job, sanded, re-stained, and clear coat railings on from porch, everything turned out great. Had some new L shape shelving in my party added, and shelving over my washer and dryer, everything turned out great. Will be using his services again."

"Eddie and his team at Advanced RS&W were excellent from the very moment they entered our home. They were courteous, professional, and timely in all our dealings. It was clear to me that Eddie wanted to establish a relationship, as opposed making the sale / finalizing a transaction.  I interviewed over 5 different companies to determine which one to work with. Once I met with Eddie, I was confident that he would deliver a sound, quality product, and do so with superior customer satisfaction.  He exceeded my expectations.

For instance, when Eddie and his team initially came to install the large Paladium window over the door, he came with a crew of 3.  After looking at the size of the job, he informed me that this task would require a different team configuration; the window was sizable.  We rescheduled for another visit.  When Eddie returned with a new crew (himself and 4 other team members), he instructed his team to be meticulous while inside our home.  They covered every exposed area to ensure that our floors, walls, etc. were not scratched or damaged.  Eddie explained the process to me all along the way, keeping me informed of all that would occur.  He did not leave until I was absolutely satisfied with his product and service.  Once I assured him that I was, he and his crew cleaned their work area, vacuumed the floor where they were working, and left.  Then later that night, Eddie followed up to not only ensure I was satisfied with his service, but also that my Wife was.  Again, I could not have asked for more in Customer Service.  He definitely went above and beyond.

And without a doubt, the product (windows) he provided were equal in quality to companies that charges 25% - 40% more.

I have already spoken with Eddie about replacing all the windows in my home.  I look forward to working with him and his team again.  I believe in his product and services, and have recommended him to my neighbor (who has also decided to work with Eddie). I would recommend him highly.  Truly, Eddie and Advanced RS&W will deliver.

Warmest Regards,
~ Tab.
