The Generac has a mobile link that I paid an additional $200.00 to get an IT professional to link to my home. He was challenged and there is no way that I could have connected the generator without professional help. The installers left without notifying or giving me documentation needed for warranty and insurance. I called the office of Hambrick Power Systems and the documents were emailed to me, but I think for such an expensive piece of equipment ,more time should have been spent acquainting me with the generator and its operation, before the installers left. Or maybe just a follow-up call for good customer care. It is not everyday that this important a purchase is made, and I think more attention to after sale and installation is warranted, especially since I waited a full year for its delivery."

But there is a silver lining to this story. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. I found a company named White Electrical Services that serves the NWG location. Chad is a hidden gem indeed. Yes a small business but believes in customer service and is extremely knowledgeable what Premiere Generators has forgotton and ignored. Please understand this is not a personal vendetta of this company but a review on it?s poor merit and better options."
