"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. Very pleased with their professionalism and can do attitude. I'll be calling them in the future and telling all of our neighbors about their services."

Terry & his crew mitigated a LOT of damage for us, replacing subfloor & flooring, a few walls, cabinets & appliances in the kitchen, and opening up a tiny kitchen into a dining room & creating a pantry for it. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
