"I had talked to a couple of other contractors on the installation of a new roof to my home before David Rackley came to introduce his coy to me. His sincerity and and honesty at the first meeting swept me off my feet and I decided to go with him. He fulfilled all his promises and made the experience a very pleasant one for my family.
