"After returning from a short 2-3 hour shopping trip/lunch, my family and I came home to find that one of our guest bathrooms had a plumbing leak that had spread across two rooms. The leak was discovered by my son after he walked in to his room and stepped onto a soaking wet floor! During the entire process, Matt was extremely courteous and thoughtful, explaining what the process of drying entailed as well as explaining how I needed to document everything for insurance purposes.
