"I contacted S & J home repair to come and give me an estimate for a bedroom that had a sagging floor, utility room floor that was sagging and had been fixed 3 times by different repairmen and a entrance to a bedroom was sagging. I contacted on Friday October 17th 2025 and met their Representative McKenzie Sheffield that following Monday morning. I showed her the damaged areas and she took the time to listen at what I wanted. None of this was covered by insurance but the estimate was several thousand cheaper than what I expected. I wasn?t sure what colored I wanted and she picked a beautiful color. The next day she sent her workers and most of the time you didn?t know they were in the house. These men work fast, quiet and quick. The flooring makes the rooms look brand new.If you?re in need of home repairs and you?re looking for a Home Repair Business that not trying overcharge you, choose S & J Home Repair. The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

"Had given a deposit for the window and it was to be installed within 6 weeks. On the 6th week I called and they said yes the window was in , when did I want it. The installer came the next week. Though he did a good job of installing my window I had bought new plastic brick molding which he cut backwards and had to rig in , I had also bought new plastic window sill 6' long enough for 2 windows. when he left he took all my materials and lost my check . I know they have many installers working for them , in my case ,with one window , I think they sent a good old boy and not a professional . The window does it's job , has ? a lifetime warranty and probably no one but me and a builder would notice the Brick Molding is on the wrong sides of the window . As far as my extra materials I just chalked that up to price."

Below are pictures from the 5th and final time of the disastrous work they did on our property. Our initial installation was October of 2017. They installed the windows twice, and came back out 3 more times to fix and seal the windows after we complained about the horrible work done. It is now March of 2019 and the job is a disaster. Our home is much colder now due to them not knowing how to use silicone or any other sealant to keep out the elements. Even the owners and chief mgr came themselves and as you can see, they have no idea how to install windows properly. I urge anyone in the Middle Georgia area, Macon and everywhere else, do not under any circumstance hire Window World of Middle Georgia to sell you or install windows in your home. You will surely regret it as we are now being advised by legal counsel on next steps to see how we may recover the now thousands of dollars in damage and hire a more reputable company to take out and replace all the disastrous work that WINDOW WORLD OF MIDDLE GEORGIA did. #AbsoluteWorstWindowInstallersOnEarth"
