"We went through multiple iterations getting a warranty replacement of our shower steam generator. The replacement unit sent by the vendor was also defective. Cameron & his son were very patient dealing with the process and the problems that arose. Excalibur came out a total of 4 times to get things working. They were troopers dealing with the vendor trying to figure out the problem. Ultimately it was a failed motherboard."

We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! They came out to give an estimate for removing tank water heater and installing tankless electric water heater. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The estimate was detailed and explained perfectly. They showed up on time, did a perfect job and left the area perfectly clean. David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. I highly recommend Palm Springs Plumbing for any job you need done! Oh and the lady in the office was so very nice, as well. Can't forget that, though I am sorry, I forgot her name."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
