"I regret to say that my experience with Wilki Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. This builder consistently demonstrates poor business practices, cuts corners, and employs unlicensed contractors, putting my family's safety and well-being at serious risk. One of the most alarming issues was the construction of a deck that sits 30 feet high. Despite multiple assurances, this deck failed inspection three times, each failure highlighting significant safety concerns. Additionally, we were woken up one early morning by our smoke alarm due to the poor wiring of our electric panel—a clear indicator of substandard workmanship. The builder's response to these issues has been profoundly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, they have repeatedly tried to gaslight us, suggesting that these problems were somehow our fault, despite the clear evidence of their poor organization and execution. Follow-up on their work is virtually non-existent, leaving us constantly stressed and uncertain about the safety of our home. Moreover, this is not an isolated incident. Many of our neighbors, who have also had their homes built by Wilki Homes have shared similar horror stories. It appears that cutting corners and prioritizing profits over quality and safety is a common practice for this builder. I strongly warn all potential consumers to avoid doing business with Wilki Homes!!! They may say all the right things upfront to secure your contract, but their true colors show once the work begins. There delays are significant! And they rarely take accountability. They would even blame the contractors that THEY HIRED before taking responsibility for projects with there name on it. Save yourself the headache and heartache. Protect yourself and your family—choose a builder who values integrity, quality, and safety."
