Hard working do things the right way

"Initial quote was great, but it took 7 return trips to get the job completed. The biggest issue was the man quoting it and the people doing the work don't seem to communicate. I had to keep calling them back and asking them to complete the job. They did not communicate well as to when they would do the work. Twice I took a day off work with the understanding they would finish the job. Once they showed up and did 20 min of work and said they had to go to the shop and would be back the next day. The other I called and asked where they were and they said they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. In the end, the work is good, but you have to stay on top of them to get the work completed."

He did exactly what he said he would do and completed the job exactly when he said he would. If he had to come a little late, he called to tell us. He went above what we had expected, even upgrading some of the materials he used at no extra cost to us. The men on the crew were also very professional and did an excellent job. We also felt our cost was very fair. We are so glad we had this done."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
