Leaked after a few months. Campbell construction refused to stand by their work.

Terrible workmanship and customer service. They accepted the job to repair a roof leak on my house. They quoted me based on several materials. I need the job done in a timely manner as the roof leak was seeping into the sheet rock ceiling on the room below. It took a month of several repeated calls to finally get them out there and they were coming up with every excuse under the roof. When I finally got them to come out and start the repair, my ceiling was damaged and I had to tend with mold. Campbell construction took a few minutes to complete the repair and didn't use any of the materials they said they were going to use. I managed to get them to reduce the price, but I had to ask. Less than a year later, it started leaking in the exact same place. Campbell construction assured me at the time of the repair, that they stand by their work and they are a christian based company. So I called them to see if they would honor their words. I had to call several times, leaving messages with the receptionist as the manager was not available. After about the third week, the receptionist finally told me that the manager said, they don't warranty their repairs. So they basically lied to me in order to get the business. After insisting to speak with the manager, Nick, whom obviously does not have the back bone to confront customer concerns, the receptionist hung up on me. I would have not hired them if I would have known they don't stand by their work. Now I'm out $1100.00 and the same leak.

Horrible Experience!
I had 100% siding & roofing done. This started out on day 1 the guys show up & tear off more than half the siding however over the next 3 months (2 months to long) they had only 3 workers slowly putting siding on. Cigarette butts & green plastic taps all over the place. I asked several times to stop. I had to take time off & manage the project as Adam campbell & his sales guy came to my house only two times (Day 1 & to collect). I am also in sales so I am still paying for this as my time away has reflected. They also dumped all the material for the project in my nice green back yard at one time which is still dead! They also used alternative product then what was clearly specified in the contract. Adam Campbell called me once about 3 weeks ago (months after the project was complete) to advise me he had not received final payment. I had to scan my copies & send him to prove it as he explained my contact was a con-artist & he had to fire him & everyone on the project was now fired for one reason or another. He never once said I am sorry for this & I appreciate your business. He also had a subcontractor do my gutters which I was promised (actually in the contract) all workers would be supervised & full time employees of Campbells. (these guys were off the street) I have kept this all locked up & tried to brush it off but recently with the inclement weather I had water running down my chimney a few days before Christmas. (Sick I tell ya) I left a message & wrote a service request that day. It has been 16 days now & I have never heard back from Adam Campbell. The second day I had a real professional fix my BRAND NEW ROOF LEAK. This group has real problems as communication & project management is everything!!!

Tracy Allen, the Campbell's representative, was courteous and easy to contact if we had any questions, etc. Ours was a long drawn out process spanning 2-3 months due to involvement of our insurance company. Tracy would check back with us periodically for updates which I appreciated since I'm old and forgetful. Also, since much of our problem was due to a leak around the chimney Campbell's made it a point to place and secure a tarp over this area while waiting to complete the job thus avoiding any more water damage to our ceilings, etc. All and all it was a good experience..... As good as it gets spending a lot of money for a roof. Tracy will tell you that they aren't the cheapest, but they are the best..... And my deal is I don't mind paying a bit more for something if it's done right the first time..... And I'm afraid to say that is an exception rather than rule these days.

good.  Covered my flowers with a tarp  and did a good clean up.  Kept me

updated when things were happening.  Always called me when they said they would.  Cost was a little more. with the  deductible and a couple of updates.  Used a better shingle and a ventilation system on the roof.  The crew saw my 2 small dogs get out and in and added to my repair job to keep them in.  Was well pleased with the job.  Would use them again

The day my roof was started I was very pleased. The crew took care and respected my property. They cleaned up so well each day you couldn't tell they were ever there. Great job. I was highly impressed with their work/services.

I called several companies and went with the company I felt more comfortable with I am very pleased to say that I made the right descision the owner made me feel that he knew what he was doing and was right on time time is an essence with me so when he said what time he would be there they were there ready to start the job
