Tracy (Owner) is at every job, you do not meet with any sales representatives, you meet the owner himself. He and His son (Jake) will come meet you and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We do subcontract, but that has never caused an issue or concern for us and we warranty and guarantee all work that we have done/or will do. Our prices are ALWAYS competitive with the going market. We are not out to get your money or take advantage of the homeowner due to the economy, but are out to do a quality job for a competitive price. We do not require or ask for any money upfront. We wait until you and/or Jake or Tracy walk the job and are completely satisfied.

Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure.
