This company made many promises and assured us of their professionalism, quality of work and experience. Unfortunately, the quality of their work has been substandard, and they have not followed through on several outstanding repairs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, they failed to complete repairs and as such we will be forced to take legal action. Tim came in at a very short notice that very day, worked late into the night, came in twice actually that night as I could not decide what to do the first time, did the demo, put dehumes and fans and made sure the mitigation part was handled. He came after every 3rd day to make sure the water was drying and that there was no mold. I would highly recommend Timâ s services. He knows his stuff, explains it thoroughly and does his job well."
