I had a water leak situation and water seeped into the ceiling in the floor below and started dripping. Tim came in at a very short notice that very day, worked late into the night, came in twice actually that night as I could not decide what to do the first time, did the demo, put dehumes and fans and made sure the mitigation part was handled. He came after every 3rd day to make sure the water was drying and that there was no mold. I would highly recommend Timâ s services. He knows his stuff, explains it thoroughly and does his job well.

Tim responded quickly on Xmas morning 2022 for damage from a water pipe break. He has been there everyday, long hours mitigating the damage. While I hope no one goes through what I've gone through, definitely call Titan Tradesman if you need water damage mitigation!
