"We initially had high hopes when starting our project with Jacobs and Sons Concrete. Mrs. Jacobs was highly responsive and eager to finalize the agreement, even going so far as to personally collect our deposit the day the contract was signed. Sadly, things quickly went downhill after that. Delays were repeatedly attributed to weather and personal issues, which we initially understood. However, communication soon became non-existent, with emails and phone calls going unanswered. When the agreed-upon deadline was missed, Mrs. Jacobs eventually admitted to the delay and assured us that a refund would be mailed. That promise was made in July 2024. It is now February 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no refund, only silence. This experience has left us feeling deeply disappointed and misled. Based on our interactions, I cannot recommend Jacobs and Sons Concrete to anyone. A business should be founded on trust and reliability, but this one has proven otherwise."

We had a 300sq ft back patio put in right off the back of our house and from the beginning stages of reaching out promptly and showing up on site in a professional manner for a quote all the way to cleaning up once the project was done, I had an incredible experience with AR Concrete. Edwin was able to answer any questions I had and was even flexible on a few changes that I needed to make to my original plans. "Poorly. I taught Atlanta Best Concrete as the same as Best Concrete as that was the only company I found in doing research. Noted: Despite no contract & difference in name, there was no going wrong in my mind for this was through HomeAdvisor/Angi. A rush to frame ensued after delay in removal of wooden structure. Between framing and pouring we exchanged words leading to some misunderstandings. They began backfilling using material I had set aside for my own use as the cement truck was waiting. Once stopped I allowed some material I could do without. In the end it wasn't enough concrete. They had to order more. The slab is not properly leveled. Visible on the side are pockets not filled with cement. Left side of the slab not straight. Front of the slab not flushed with the ground. The shed leans both forward and to the left, plus I must lift the right door in order to lock it."

"I had my driveway paved by Clint Crumley in November of 2024. He wanted 5k upfront which should Never be paid. I paid 42,690.00 total. After a big rain the sides of the driveway Started to fall away. They told me we Would have to do the work on the sides before they would come back. The company that recommended them said It wasn?t the customer?s job and that SSC had the equipment to do this repair And they should honor their commitment to us. The owner cursed at my family member and also accused me of insulting him when I said I would have another company look at the driveway and give their opinion. I am a 75 yr old senior widow and do not need to be treated like this. They gladly took my money and lied about their intentions to do a good job for us. I would never recommend them to other people.
