He made himself available right away on Jan. 1st and 2nd (no holiday fees) and solved our issues so I have time to sit and review him today. He works around the Atlanta area and does new installations as well as repairs that are located quite a distance from his home. They kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. They clearly answered any questions I had about their work processes. When they were done clean-up was so good you could not even tell they had been there.

"The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
