She arranged a 2 hour window for the estimate, but the field guy missed the window (he'd been called to an emergency) but was able to come 2 hours later. He was very nice, very low key and answered all my questions. The only wrinkle in this story comes when dispatch did not call me to confirm that the glass had come in and our tentative appointment to do the work could be confirmed. I kept waiting for her to call and confirm, but in her mind she would only call if the glass DIDN'T come in and she had to cancel and reschedule. Therefore, I was not at home when the worker DID come at the tentative time, and had to wait until the following Monday to get someone out to install the glass. That being said, the work was done in under an hour, and Jermaine, who did the work, was extremely punctual, courteous and neat. The cost was within $0.09 of the original estimate and I would use them again, as well as recommend them. A fine local business."

Honestly he was pleasant when he came to the house. I had experience with the window treatment industry and he did everything that he should have been doing so I knew what he was doing was right and the comments on Angie's List definitely helps, I'm pressured with time anyway and I wanted them in before Thanksgiving. He didn't call back, I think a left a message on Thursday and he didn't call me until the following Monday, I think he thought I might have actually ordered from somebody else. He was very responsive beyond that and he also gave me a discount when I asked for it."
