From removing the old hardwood, to leveling, to tile install and quarter round install through final cleanup, all was great. The finished flooring looks fantastic! Emil’s team rebuilt the parts that needed it and painted everything to look good. They took care of a railing that needed painting and several rotten fascia and soffit boards. Replaced some of our wood siding, painted 3 colors on the house, plus painted our porches and deck floors and handicap ramp in cedar color. Back screened in sun porch with A frame ceilings.
