Dont go with anyone else--if you want the job done right and look great, these are the guys you want to go with. The pricing is fair compared to others who are extraordinarily high and the job is completed pretty fast. Extremely trustworthy and you dont pay until the job has been completed, no money up front. Anyone who would leave any type of negative review for this company are the type of people who orders a steak, eats all of it, and then complains it was horrible. No mess was left behind, everything was cleaned up nicely.

Emil and his crew did a fantastic job pressure washing our home, scraping, repairing wood rot, caulking, priming and painting all of the trim, fascia, soffits, windows and painted doors. They also refinished and varnished our front door and did other repair. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them. Thank you, Prime Painters!

Prime painters was the only company to follow up with me to ensure I was taken care of. After a conversation he agreed to do the work within my budget. this company was very fast and efficient! I needed a painter to honor their work because there would not be any leaks in my home. Initially, all I wanted was a touch-up paint job to be performed, but the painter avoided all responsibility. When I asked them to come fix the problems, they disagreed and tried to imply that I was the one being unfair. My adjuster and restoration company wanted to pursue the painters, but I prevented that by taking the responsibility and paying out of pocket. Once I brought it to the painter's attention, they tried to deny it. I do not recommend them. I can provide paperwork to validate my statement and the timestamp.

Very pleased with the outcome! Received proposals from 4 providers and selected the middle option for price, timing, crew size and ability to adjust to the rules of my condo. Naturally, given the condition/age of the home, we made a few modifications from the original approach but the result was better than expected. I am a fair, detailed, experienced, and very engaged customer. Some would define me as difficult. Emil met my every need throughout the project. Any issue I had, he immediately resolved it. He checked in, monitored, and connected often. He ran his team with the customer outcome in mind. While labor teams are not perfect regardless of who you hire, you want the person at the top to be on your side. I found that with Emil. I hired Emil and i got Emilâ s best. I would do it again.
