"Im very impressed with this company’s customer service. I contacted them to clean the ductwork on a 1950s home that we just purchased in the West End. The previous owner was pretty lax on maintenance so we expected it to be pretty dirty. And it really was!! I found them on Angi and they were the first to reply to my request. Their pricing was fair and scheduling was super easy. The technician (Frederick I think?) that arrived was very professional, worked super fast and left no trace of his work. Their van and equipment all appeared new and well maintained. They were very thorough snd provided before and after photos of the work. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will definitely use their services in the future."

"The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same."

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

"My wife called the company and explicitly stated there were items in the air ducts dropped by a toddler. When the technician arrived, my wife again explained the issue. The technician then hooked up their negative air flow whatever machine for 25 minutes. At the end, he told us the dust is all out. When asked about the items dropped in the ducts, he stated we don't do that. They then charged our card $200 for a service we didn't ask for or need. The phone representative only gave her first name as Tiffany. When calling the company, they offered no resolution and insinuated that we misunderstood. This is a complete scam. We would never have agreed to air duct dust particle cleaning. There's no evidence it actually helps.
