Vent cleaning of recently purchased house went well. They also found things that house inspector missed such as the duct to one bedroom wasn't even connected and the dryer vented only inside a wall!

overall ok but not excited to return furniture to it original place also left a mess on outside siding where they cleaned our dryer vent never sent finished pictures of ac unit as promised would not use again

I was not at home when the guys came to clean the air duct because I thought they were reliable based on the good reviews here. However, I later found out that they did not do a good job. There were many vents that were clearly not opened at all because I could still see the old wall painting completely covered the vents and their neighboring walls. I tried to call the office and left message to ask them to return back and redo the job but no one called me back. Very disappointed!

Our records show we cleaned your home back in January of 2016 and if you are still having issues with the cleaning we would love to come take a look. There are times that vents which have been painted over are not removed as the removal can tear/harm the paint and walls. If we deem this an issue we usually ask the homeowner how they would like us to proceed and give them the option. The pipes and vents are still cleaned and we do not damage any part of someone's home. This is the best service I have ever had! They went above and beyond my expectations. They answered all of my questions and explained the whole process in detail. I knew the ducts were dirty, but I had no idea that they were as bad as they were. You will not go wrong by using this company. The two men did a great job. My ducts are as clean as they can be, given their age. My one pain point is that I wish they would do a better job of cleaning after themselves and not wear shoes onto carpet, especially if it's damp outside. When they take out the screws to the vent covers, perhaps use a vacuum or something to catch the drywall dust and particles. And if drywall dust and particles make their way onto the floor or furniture, I would expect them to clean it up. They did a great job of cleaning my ducts but after they left, I had to mop and vacuum and dust and clean my carpet. Other than that, excellent company.

This company is absolutely fabulous! The owner, RJ, really knows what he is doing! As it turned out, the previous company who "cleaned" my ducts about 3 years ago only seemed to have waved the vacuum cleaner in front of the outlets! My ducts were extremely dirty; so dirty that RJ's tool to loosen up the dirt, got stuck! He told me that, given the amount of dirt, these ducts had not been cleaned since the house was built (which was in the 1950's)! He did not give up, and prodded those clogged ducts until the dirt gave way and got vacuumed up. They also washed all the vent covers, so everything looked really nice when they were finished. I can absolutely recommend this Company, both for professionalism and for price!

They were on time and very professional. I knew our vent was really dirty when we moved in last year, so finally got cleaned. The team of two showed up and tackled from upstairs to downstairs. Really happy with the results and will definitely hire them again in the future.

The guys arrived on time and explained everything they would be doing. It took several hours as I have 2 HVAC units. They even washed my vents and installed new ones that I had purchased previously. We had just purchased the home and there had been 2 dogs in the house and the ducts were filthy. I felt much more comfortable moving in after the guys at The Duct Man finished up.

They did a great job. Arrived exactly at the time promised. Inspected both of our HVAC systems and advised the upstairs unit did not need cleaning which saved us $400+ right at the start. They worked quickly and efficiently on the downstairs system. Did a great job taking great care to leave everything as they found it when they arrived. We'd definitely use them again.

RJ and his team were great. They arrived ahead of schedule on a really rainy day (poor guys). They were really friendly and got to work right away. The kept me posted all through out the day how the progress was going and completed the job on time. They did a great job and were great to work with. I will be calling them again in 4-6 years when it is time to do it again. Thanks RJ!
