Flooded crawlspace, water in air ducts b. molds growing in the crawlspace c. structural issues d. electrical issues, plumbing problems, insulation inadequate, insufficient waterproofing after our bank gave him the money and we had to pay out of pocket again e. Hardwood flooring did not meet standards set by NWFA. Areas in the house had NO Moisture barriers, cracks in the hardwood floor, nails coming out of the hardwood floor f. Tile work poor quality with multiple lipping g. Holes in the roofing, downspouts insufficient after receding money from our bank h.
